FAQ
Ordering & Wholesale Access FAQs
Simply fill out our wholesale application form — it takes less than 60 seconds. Once submitted, our team will review your details and approve your account. After approval, you’ll see wholesale pricing automatically when you log in and can start placing orders right away.
Most applications are reviewed within 1 business day. If we need additional information, our team will reach out directly. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your account is live.
Yes, wholesale accounts typically require a minimum opening order. Minimums vary by product category (for example, sheet sets may have a lower MOQ than comforters). Our goal is to make wholesale accessible, so we offer scalable order volumes whether you’re just starting out or ordering by the truckload.
Absolutely. Many of our wholesale partners start with a sample order to evaluate quality and fit for their market. You can request samples during the application process or by contacting our team.
Once approved, you’ll log into your wholesale account and shop directly on our website. Every product page will show wholesale pricing. You can order online, or for larger/commercial orders, our sales team can help you build a bulk order.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH, and bank transfers. For established wholesale accounts with ongoing orders, we also offer net terms upon approval.
Orders ship quickly from our U.S.-based warehouses. Standard lead time is 2–5 business days depending on order size. For high-volume or custom orders, lead times will vary, and our team will provide a clear timeline before you commit.
Yes! You can combine sheets, duvets, quilts, comforters, and more in one order as long as you meet the minimum order value. This flexibility makes it easier to test different product types with your customers.
Yes, we offer tiered volume discounts on top of wholesale pricing for large orders. If you’re purchasing for multiple locations, hotels, or at container scale, our team will create a custom quote.
We understand that every wholesale customer has unique needs. You can specify assortments, sizes, or product categories when ordering. If you’re looking for something highly customized, our Private Label or Product Development programs may be a better fit — but our wholesale program does allow some flexibility in product mix.
Wholesale orders are final sale, but we stand behind our quality. If there’s ever a defect or shipping error, we’ll make it right with replacements or credits.
White Label & Private Label FAQs
Private Label: Start with an existing product framework and make small customizations like colors, fabrics, or patterns.
White Label: Put your brand name and packaging on a product we already manufacture.
White label is typically faster since no product modifications are required — just your branding. White label takes longer because we incorporate custom elements into production.
White label is the lowest-cost entry point, while private label has a slightly higher cost per unit due to customization.
White label → Lower MOQs since we use inventory already in production.
Private label → Higher MOQs since we create custom production runs for your changes.
Yes — whether you choose private label or white label, we can apply your logo, packaging, inserts, and retail-ready presentation.
Yes. For white label, we’ll provide finished product samples with your branding. For private label, we’ll show prototypes of custom changes (fabric swatches, colors, or mockups).
White Label → As little as 30–45 days.
Private Label → Typically 60–90 days, depending on complexity.
You can usually adjust colors, patterns, finishes, and fabric choices — but not redesign the product entirely (that’s product development).
Yes — we oversee production, quality control, packaging, and shipping. You can bulk order to your warehouse, or integrate with our wholesale/dropshipping programs.
If you need speed and low cost, go with white label. If you want differentiation and exclusivity but don’t need to start from scratch, choose private label.
Product Development FAQs
Product development is our end-to-end manufacturing service, where we take your idea and turn it into a fully realized, custom bedding product — from design to delivery.
White Label → Same product, your branding.
Private Label → Existing product with small modifications.
Product Development → A completely new product, designed from scratch to your specifications.
We specialize in bedding and textiles — sheets, comforters, quilts, duvets, pillows, and more. If it belongs in the bedroom, we can likely design and produce it.
Not at all. You can come to us with a sketch, idea, or inspiration and our team will handle material sourcing, prototyping, and manufacturing.
From concept to first shipment, it usually takes 90–150 days, depending on complexity and sampling rounds.
Since this involves custom production, MOQs are typically higher than white or private label. They vary by product type, fabric, and level of customization.
Yes. We provide samples and prototypes for review before mass production begins to ensure your vision matches the final result.
Everything from fabrics, colors, weaves, patterns, packaging, and even custom features can be designed specifically for your product.
You do. The intellectual property belongs to your brand, giving you complete ownership and exclusivity.
Yes. We oversee the entire process, including sourcing, production, packaging, quality control, and shipping, so you get a turnkey solution.
