Consumer Return and Refund Policy
Incorrectly Ordered Item or Changed Mind

Returns are accepted for unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, obtained by contacting our customer service team.

Refused deliveries will not be accepted and may incur additional shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is received damaged due to shipping or is defective, customers must notify us within 2 business days of receipt with images of the damage or defect.

Do not refuse delivery of damaged items, as this may result in additional shipping charges.

For damaged items, retain the packaging for carrier inspection.

Upon verification, we will provide an RMA number and instructions for return.

Customers may choose a replacement or a full refund. If a replacement is requested, a temporary charge may be applied to the customer’s payment method, which will be refunded upon receipt and verification of the returned item.

Defective items reported within 30 days of the invoice date are eligible for a refund or replacement, subject to inspection. Damage due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions is not eligible.

Damaged During Shipment
